CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES
Tienes 5 días hábiles para notificar cambios por talla, utilizando el botón correspondiente en la web, con un plazo adicional de 5 días para recibir respuesta. Si aprobado, se dispone de 30 días para la devolución o cambio.
El derecho a retracto sigue un proceso similar, pero con un plazo de respuesta indicado de 8 días hábiles. Los costos de envío son responsabilidad del cliente.
No aplica a artículos en promoción o descuento.
GARANTÍAS
Ofrecemos una garantía de 30 días calendario a partir de la recepción del producto, cubriendo defectos de calidad. El cliente asume los costos de envío para devoluciones en garantía.
También ofrecemos una garantía de 7 días calendario a partir de la recepción del producto, cubriendo defectos de fábrica o reclamos por daños de tu pedido.
Nuestras opciones como cambio son por el mismo producto o un cupón del mismo valor para futuras compras, todo gestionado en un plazo máximo de 30 días hábiles. No hay lugar a indemnización, intereses u otros rubros a favor del comprador.
PARA RECLAMOS

Si no se notifica en este plazo, se considera que el comprador ha desistido de cualquier reclamación y la garantía expira.
