Shipping Policy
SHIPPING:
Upon completion of your purchase you will receive notification by email with the status of your order and we will process it within a maximum of 48 business hours. If after 48 business hours you have not received the notification, please contact us. The delivery time for your city starts counting from the moment we ship your order.
If there is any problem with your purchase during the preparation or shipping process, we will contact you to inform you and help you with a solution.
If your order is cash on delivery, only 2 delivery attempts will be made and it will subsequently be returned to the Liliana Meza facilities. If as a customer you decide to make a third attempt, you must pay the value of your shipment again.
To the address you choose:
We deliver to most cities in Colombia through Coordinadora and all our international shipments are delivered by DHL. Remember that delivery times vary according to location, special dates, weather and road conditions.
Keep in mind that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as business days.
If you wrote your address wrong or it corresponds to another city, you will have to pay an excess value with the new address.
The shipping times for your order are:
- In Barranquilla it will be delivered in approximately 1 to 2 business days.
- In main cities it will be delivered in approximately 3 to 5 business days.
- In remote cities it will be delivered in approximately 5 to 7 business days.
- In international destinations it will be delivered in 8 to 10 business days (depending on the location of your address and the import terms of your country).
If you are in Barranquilla you can choose the express shipping option so that your order arrives TODAY, it only applies if you place your order before 3pm. Express shipping has an additional cost of $12,000, you can choose it on the payment screen.
Shipping value:
Standard shipping to Barranquilla costs from $10,000COP to $12,000COP depending on your address, in main cities it costs from $15,000COP to $20,000COP and shipments to remote cities costs from $20,000COP to $23,000COP, all final values depend on the amount and destination of your purchase.
Standard shipping to international destinations will depend on your address, our website will calculate the value before checking out your order.
Free shipping:
On special dates, we run promotions that include free shipping to any part of the country or the world.
To obtain the benefit of free shipping, they depend on the terms and conditions of the current promotion and you only have to pay the excess value of your shipment for express shipments only in the city of Barranquilla or for address changes to any destination.
Secure shipments:
If there is any problem with your purchase, we will review your case to send you what you ordered again or we will refund your money.
All our packages are insured by the carrier, therefore, if your package arrives damaged or opened, DO NOT receive it, immediately send us a support email with supporting photographs and we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve your case.
Order Tracking:
Once your payment is made, we will send you the tracking number directly to your email registered on our website.
